How to Cancel Your Order

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To cancel your order, please send an email to info@hermanshaircolor.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and include your order number.

In your message, please provide the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Order number and the product(s) you would like to cancel from your order (for partial cancellations)
• Phone number
• The email address used for the order

We will process your cancellation no later than the next business day.

Return Policy: For uncollected packages, we charge the shipping costs in both directions and 15% of the total amount of the ordered products as handling costs. Consumer Exchange Policy: Unopened jars with intact seals can be exchanged for a different color. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Any return or exchange must be made within 14 days of the package’s delivery.
