Because the quality and condition of each person's hair is different, we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee for our products. Our examples are only indicative, and factors affecting the actual outcome are the quality of hair, condition, history and general health of the person. 

MAKING THE ORDER

Explore our products from "Products" called page. By clicking the product you will find further information about the item. Pick the one that is right for you and add it to the shopping cart. You can go through the products in your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart symbol. When you have added all the products you want, proceed to checkout and choose your payment method. Pay your order and return to our homepage. If you won’t get an order confirmation email, contact our customer service.

All prices at www.hermanshaircolor.com contain 25,5% VAT (value-added tax). The right to change prices is reserved.

You can track your order from “Order Status” link in your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING:

Orders are usually handled within the next working day and your package will arrive approximately in 2 - 12 workdays depending on your location.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

In case you want to return any products contact us first at info@hermanshaircolor.com. 

For uncollected packages, we charge the shipping costs in both directions and 15% of the total amount of the ordered products as handling costs.
