Bruno Mink Direct Hair Color LIMITED EDITION

Bruno Mink is a Limited Edition color for 2026, offering a chic mink brown color with a touch of purple. This soft brown will give you lively color that shifts in different lighting and looks different on different bases. The color will give its purest tone in level 9+ blonde hair.

The final result varies depending on the hair’s starting level, base color, application amount, processing time, and whether the color is applied to damp or dry hair.

On very light blonde hair (level 9+), the shade appears as its truest mink brown with soft violet nuances. On darker bases, the result becomes deeper.

For a softer, more translucent effect, apply to towel dried hair and process for 20–30 minutes. For a deeper, richer mink brown with enhanced purple depth, apply generously to dry hair and process for 30–60 minutes. Longer processing times, heavier application, and application on dry hair will create a more intense and multidimensional result.

As with all direct dyes, the final shade is influenced by the hair’s starting level, porosity, condition, application amount, and processing time. Different bases may produce noticeably different results, making each Bruno Mink transformation uniquely beautiful.

PREPARING:

Reduce heating tools in the week before bleaching. Wash your hair with deep cleansing shampoo before coloring and avoid conditioner or any other hair care products. This will promote better color adherence and seamless blending with your natural hair, resulting in longer-lasting vibrancy.

For best results, bleach your hair to level 9-10 blonde with our Herman's Amazing Bleach Kit. Natural gray hair also needs to be bleached before coloring, otherwise, the color won't attach to your naturally gray hair.

If your hair is too yellow after bleaching, use our No Yellow Shampoo or No Yellow Mask to neutralize the yellow into white. Apply and leave it in for 1-3 minutes.

USING:

Apply a thick layer of Bruno Mink hair dye on clean dry or towel-dry, unconditioned hair and leave it in for 15-120 minutes. For longer lasting results leave the color for 2+ hours or even overnight. Our hair colors are conditioner-based, so they nourish your hair like a deep conditioner while you color. Rinse with lukewarm water and enjoy your intense light grey hair color, that will last from few weeks to several months, depending on the chosen shade, base and condition of the hair, duration of the color and hair care routine. 

MAINTAINING:

• Allow at least 24 hours before your first shampoo
• Wash your hair with cool or lukewarm water to minimize the fading process. Reduce hair washing days to extend color lasting.
• Use our Sulfate-Free Shampoo or Orchid Complex Shampoo for washing.
• You can store the leftover color or mix it with your conditioner for a regular touch-up.
